Last week was a momentous moment for me… okay, well its nothing overt the top, but still. I was quite impressed, and rather happy. You’re probably wondering what the heck I am talking about?! hehe… its quite simple and 2 words. MY WEIGHT.

Obviously, I am pregnant… so for sure you will tell me that can’t really start comparing my current weight with my post pregnancy weight, but this is exactly what I will do ;)

My heaviest weight of all times was a BIG 197.5 lbs on the scale! And this less than 1 year ago (August 2009 – to be exact). I know… bad. But before I got pregnant, I decided it was enough and worked really hard to go back to a more “appropriate” weight. I ended up loosing a good 14 pounds. 197.5 lbs – 14lbs = 183.5 lbs.

Where am I getting at? Well last week I weighed in at 198 lbs. Whoo hoooo. Why am I happy? Easy… difference this time around I am 25 weeks pregnant. (well talking about last week)

This definitely has made me realize that I was WAY over weight post-pregnancy and I will work super duper hard to get back the weight and some more when baby arrives. I heard that breastfeeding is a big aid in loosing pregnancy weight. Lets hope I’ll be able to breast feed.

I still can’t believe it. I’m the same weight I was in August of last year, only difference is that I am 25 weeks pregnant. AMAZING :D
