It pains me but other than hold him close to my body and hoping my body heat helps relieve his pain… there isn’t much I can do.

I’ve had friends tell me that they too had babies with intense tummy aches, and realized baby was intolerant to the dairy intake or more like the effects it has on the breast milk. (guess it changes the taste or something)

So I thought I would do the test. Stop all dairy products for a few days to see if there’s a difference. Sucks though, because I just bought a tub of brownie ice-cream and I love me a glass of chocolate milk… but I would do anything for baby boy…. even cut the cheese. (yup you read right)

Who knows, this might be an even better way to shed the weight. No?

    Kelly,

Try eating more yogurt or taking acidophilus(sp) supplements. Baby has no good or bad bacteria in digestive track so this it helps build it up… Also watch spicy food, nuts, broccoli and dairy like you said etc. Just watch what you eat that day and see if it is worse or gets better… it is also their bodies…think how fast they just grew and much they grow in the first year, we never do that again..or at least we hope not! Tummy time also helps!! It gets better at about 4 months! Good Luck!
