I love it when you can’t really tell whether a room was expensive or inexpensively done well. I’m a strong believer (maybe because I’m a cheap ass) that you don’t need to spend alot of money to acheive a high end look. All you need to do is be ready to DIY some stuff and scour flea markets.
Let’s see if you are good at pinning which room is high and which one is low.
The high is valued at a little over 10 000$ and the low about 4000$ Major difference… I know! Now let’s take a minute to look at this space. The pinks, the greys the gold, swoon! Okay, I’ll spill the beans. If you said that picture #1 was high version. you are….. WRONG! That’s the low boudoir. Pretty amazing isn’t it.
In my opinion refurbishing, and looking for inexpensive pieces (say at yard sales) is the best way to design/decorate any room and your wallet will be happy. Details about pieces in each space can be found here.

Gorgeous rooms! They’re just about identical! I could tell #1 was the low room, but only because the gold & silver printed pillow looked less expensive, the pillows on the floor only have the nice fabric on one side, and the lines on the 2nd mirrored credenza are so clean and precise that you can tell it’s expensive!
The curtains were a dead giveaway that #1 was the low budget version. Beautiful rooms nonetheless. Just up my alley.
