Gratuit : Weekly Meal Planner

As much as people think I’m an organized person, they are shocked to know when it comes to planning meals, it’s literally chaos in the Glamour This! house. I blame my husband irregular work hours (day, night or graveyard shift – never the same week to week) so when I find myself home alone with my son, I tend to go the easy route. Hello Grill Cheese!!! (my go-to meal when I have no clue what to do)  There’s nothing wrong with grill cheese once in a while, but then the next day, lunchtime comes and I regret not having left overs.

I know if you plan ahead not only will you have the piece of mind but you will save money. Look for deals and cut out those coupons people!!! (in the end, you will save enough to buy that extra dress or pair of shoes you’ve been coveting)  I decided it was time to get the meal planning started., I went ahead and designed a weekly “Plat du Jour” sheet. Filled with a grocery list that you can cut and bring along with you.

I decided to share my meal planner. I figured I might not be the only one with “meal-planning issues” so if I it can help out others, then why not?! Please note this download is for personal use ONLY. You will be downloading a 8.5″ x 11″ PDF. You may use Acrobat Reader/Preview to open the file and print as many times as you like. Hope you like it!!!

Please be sure to give proper credit (link to my blog) if you blog/share it. Oh and if you download it, I would love if you leave a comment.  Enjoy!

Great idea! I’m going to download this too though I might use it as a template to tweak the design a bit. I try to do meal planning too, at least for dinner. But don’t like having to stick to a scheduled meal for that day (maybe pasta doesn’t sound good when Tuesday comes around). And I’m a little obsessive-compulsive in that if it says that’s what I’m supposed to cook on Tuesday, then I get a twitch if I don’t stick to the schedule! LOL! So I usually just make a list of 7 meals for the week and decide each day what sounds best for dinner that night. I need to start planning breakfast and lunch too, so I love your template for that. I also would add a column for snack ideas, as I’m constantly running out of new ideas for snacks for my two young girls.

i was thinking of snacks too but as you can see… lack of space. Who knows, maybe I’ll make a version without the grocery list. Maybe even a monthly calendar.

Or make a version on legal sized paper and then a snack column would fit.

Love the planner, except you misspelled “dinner”. It’s on there as “diner!” LOL.
