Unlike you (US ladies) the new edition of the Martha Stewart Weddings arrives in Canada several days after the release date. I, being of fan of anything Martha… go nuts to find a vendor who sells the fab publication. Finally after 4 days of searching… yes 4 intense days, I finally got my copy last night! How exciting. I thought today’s post could feature the Emerarld & Aqua color palette featured in the magazine, which I utterly adore.

The pictures speak for themselves, the combo is stunning. I love the mixture of colors because it is one that is not used often…having an original color combo makes everything that much more unique.
Accent your décor with emerald gem inspired elements, or even white elements to make the colors pop.
I am so excited for the long weeked (its thanskgiving for us – so we have monday off). I can finally enjoy my magazine how it deserves to be enjoyed. In my comfy couch with a nice cup of tea à la Martha of course. Happy Friday everyone!

Loving the colour scheme!
It’s funny — I was struck by this color combo when I was paging through that issue. I’ve been planning my wedding with black, white, green and blue in mind — but I’ve never seen the blue and green colors on their own. It’s amazing what a different look it has! I’m going to post about this later — thanks for the reminder!
