Always in search of some great, unique ideas, I have to say I never thought of this one and I LOVE IT!  Custom Birthday Balloon Bouquets. Talk about how great a gift this is to a long time friend. You gather your friends and they each write something unique to the birthee. Or what about a long distant friend. How fun is it to receive snail mail with a special note(s) on the form of balloons. Now, to start collecting balloons and writing down messages.

Don’t be surprised if you are my friend and happen to receive this in the mail.

I am loving the mixture of typography, but I’m not sure I see this work well for a headboard. Sure for wall art but regardless it’s inspiring.

I am liking the idea of using a mantle. How pretty is this? Obviously I would make sure the frames or decoration were well “fixed” incase you decide to have some adult playtime in bed (if you know what I mean)

The idea of using doors is amazing. You can find an inexpensive vintage decorative door and paint it. Maybe the molding 1 color and the rest another. How pretty would that be?!

Would you or have you attempted to make your own headboard? Are you more paint, wood or fabric?

Loving these great ideas of using something old for a new purpose. From left to right :

- Cleaning Supply Display out of a rod
- Rubber Bands to stop your clothes from falling off the hanger
- Rubber Bands for little fingers (avoids slipping or reduces contact with hot/cold)
- Soap Box to store compact cameras
- Paper Clip to hold money & Keys (perfect when you need to pack light)
- Shower cap to avoid dirtying clothes when you pack your shoes.  Smart!
