With baby getting close to finally showing his face, the nursery is far from being done. But I’m sure we will finish it on time, hopefully (you know what that means baby… don’t come too early). Now, there’s been major updates in the Baby Bedding area and I am more than happy to share it with you. Remember when I spoke about colors, well its official… we are going yellow, green and blue. (as accent colors, for the room decor) the walls are staying gray but I have some ideas to add some color (thats another post – so stay tuned)

Last time I left off, we decided on the final quilt design, and I was waiting for Holly to do her magic. This is what it looked like :

Well… (I’m sure many of yous have seen my tweets) the bedding is done!!! Whoot Whoot! and you know what? it look better than I could of ever imagined. The colors are bright, and work so well together. Plus, that darker brown pattern fabric adds something to the overall design. Don’t you think? Watch out for picture overload.

Remember I mentionned that I was getting a crib skirt, bumper and pillows made. Well we decided on getting 4 pillows made. 3 square and 1 longer version to put on my glider (post to come) Well look at these pretty pretty pillows. It’s so bright and cheerful.

At the moment there are no pics of the bumper and skirt, but don’t worry, once its all set up in the nursery I will be sure to reveal the whole look. The package was sent in the mail last weekend so I should receive it sometime this week. I haven’t been more excited about receiving something in the mail (yup this beats wedding gifts) lol
